Security deposit 1 yr after guarantor service?

Hi!
Question for those that have used guarantor service:
I moved to the city and used a guarantor service this year to live in my current apt, so we didn’t need to pay a security deposit for the year. I know the guarantor service is only for the 1 year lease.
Sadly letting go of this gem, but I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease. Previous tenants before me were a couple so it comfortably works for either a single person or a couple.
