NEW YORK, NY - Harvey Weinstein was arraigned on Centre Street at 9AM this morning on three additional sex offense charges. These charges come following an indictment, according to Weinstein's lawyer.
This all comes just months before a retrial for Weinstein’s initial convictions is set to begin in New York. According to Court documents, Weinstein is expected to appear on November 13th at 9AM in Queens Criminal Court (AP2).
Update: Court documents now reveal § 130.50 Criminal sexual act in the first degree by forcible compulsion as the top charge of these new charges brought against Weinstein. The date of the incident was April 29th, 2006.
