Could I realistically get approved for a 3.5k apartment? (Make below 40x)

Posted by friendlyairplant0 on March 31, 2025, 6:01 pm

I have a stable job at a stable company making 130k base. My credit score is ~780-800, and I have about 50k in liquid savings.

I know this isn't the best decision financially, but I'm only planning on living in NYC for another year and know how to budget.
