Hi everyone, my roommate has relocated, so I currently have one room available for a long-term sublease. I’m also open to discussing the option for someone to take over the entire unit if that’s a better fit for their needs.
I just looked up an apartment I'm thinking of touring tomorrow on the HPD website, and 2 units in the building had bedbugs in 2021. Would it be a bad idea to consider applying to this place? Is the building's history of bed bugs too recent?

I did not go through the shelter system. I was referred to my homebase by PATH. After being ignored by SUS I decided to pay them a visit. I was appproved for a CityFHEPS voucher that same day and was told I'd receive my shopping letter and a list of tenants who accept the voucher. I was suppose...
