Does anyone know of / has used roslisting.com? The prices seem too good to be true especially for the units with no fee. The whole website seems sketchy with a bunch of grammatical errors. I noticed most 2bedrooms don’t say flex until you read a little bit into it. Any advice helps. Thanks!

When you are buying an apartment and using a broker, does the commission come from the buyer or the seller?

I was under the impression that the seller paid for both the Buyer and the Seller's broker commissions. I'm looking at the contract from my broker (I'm the Buyer), and they are saying they will receive a 2.5% commission from the Buyer unless the Seller offers compensation to the buyer...
