Hit me up if you are about to apply as a new tenant to a Brodsky apartment (has to be without a broker). If I refer you and you sign the lease I get $1,000 rent credit. Would be happy to split it 50/50 once I receive it.
Considering withholding rent until my landlord hires a security guard to crack down on the 5 or 6 "kids" (I guess they're in their 20s) who hang out in the lobby every single evening, smoking pot and partying, none of whom live in the building. Is this a good strategy?
