We are planning on moving to NYC at the beginning of January. Finding "first month free" deals are pretty crucial in our move. Does anyone know where I should look to find deals like this?
Is this a scam? Asked to send first month rent + SD prior to seeing the apartment.

I just moved in to a 5th floor with a heart transplant. The lease said that it was a 6th floor building with an elevator. Once I move in the elevator was out of service and my neighbors tell me that it’s a common issue. Can I take legal action or talk to upper management.
