Looking for a (furnished ideally, not a deal breaker if not) sublet up to $2400 for these months, potentially a month earlier or later at both the beginning and end. Open to a room if there’s direct outdoor or patio access, but prefer a studio or one bedroom.

I was interested in a unit located in NYC, but it was listed at a different rent on redfin and a different rent on streeteasy. There is a staggering difference between both rents. Why is that? Its the same exact unit.
