hi! i was wondering what areas i should look at in manhattan to find a 1 bedroom with in-unit washer and dryer for under 4.5k (closer to 4 if possible)? i have seen options in fidi and kips bay but unsure if there is elsewhere i should be looking as well :) am ideally looking for newer apartments.
